after so long.... hey hey hey!!! i know u miss me... oh... juz say you do... i know u guys miss me to bits cos u havent hear from me bout my life for like... erm... more than a wk?? it was quite a crappy-fun evening.... right after out revision tutorial ended at 645, sera n i left for zouk- some NTU party.. they were giving out free tix at NP last friday.. so i thout juz go for a drink... cos feel like drinking... and the tix said "1 standard drink coupon" exact words!! so then sera n i went.. thinking of chill alil and drink alil... so we went with our t-shirt and jeans and big school bag... sera wore havanas flip flops.. and i wore a cheapo looking slip- ons... i was totally not in my clubbing gear.... no a tint of make up... and not a single piece of jewel.. we queued to get in zouk, cos there were others as cheapo as a chicken... (my teacher, Koh aka KPT said that singaporeans are reincarnation of chicken... cos we've got chicken courage to go on strikes and when we go to places like bangkok, we'll start to speak in the chicken language -cheap cheap cheap- haha i thout it was quite funny) anyway... so we went in.. changed for a drink coupon.. thinking of getting a drink and leave la... so den we went into zouk itself and saw some other frens.. then they were like "do u know wads printed on the flip side of the coupon?? it says for NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINK!!!" both of us went... WAD???! and our mood were dampened!! in the end, sera ordered a coke and i had a mocktail... we left as soon as we finished the drink... went for dinner and took a cab down to Cheekys.. cos i really needed to drink.... so i went to cheeky without my clubbing gear... for a moment, Max, Ray and Rico cldnt recognise me... i was like.. Hi!! they were like squinting... hahaha... so, the major qn... Why must we dress sluttily when we go clubbing?? i think.. it's because of the Social conformity.. like how pple in that social setting dresses like that, and that we shd be wearing stuff like that... next, personally, i think Clubbing is a Slutty activity.. so pple have to dress to the occassion!! lastly, peeps in a club socialises.. people will love to experience Social Approval.. this happens when one is positively evaluated by others, and their self esteem increases. people in the club are superficial.. so they will often judge based on your physical appearance.. therefore pple dress more flamboyant to attract more attention, and pple will approach and thus self esteem increases... by the virtue of principles mentioned above, people dress sluttily for a reason!! and she might not be a slut. all the above comments are personal views!! hope u enjoyed the lil analysis above...
